TEAM

The engineers behind the work

LumoraTech is deliberately small. Every project is delivered by senior engineers who write the code, review the deployments, and talk to you directly — no handoffs to a junior bench.

Who leads the work

Eito Shinokura

Eito Shinokura

Owner & Engineering Lead

Eito founded LumoraTech to prove that a small, senior team can ship AI systems that hold up in production. He works hands-on across the stack — designing agent and retrieval architectures, reviewing every deployment, and staying the direct point of contact for the clients he works with. Based in Tokyo, he works with teams in Japan and abroad.

02The team

Engineers you will actually work with

A focused group covering the three areas we deliver in: AI, full-stack product, and data.

Kenta Aizawa

Kenta Aizawa

GenAI Specialist & Backend Lead

Nine years of backend work, now pointed entirely at generative AI.

Kenta designs the agent and orchestration layer behind our AI products — LangChain and LangGraph flows, tool calling, and the MLOps around them. He has spent nine years building and maintaining SaaS backends, which shows in how he treats models: as one dependency among many, to be versioned, monitored, and rolled back like anything else. He also handles our cloud architecture across AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, and Azure AI.

03How we work

A small team, on purpose

01

The people who scope it, build it

The engineer who talks through your requirements is the one who ships them. Context never gets lost in a handover.

02

Bilingual by default

We work in Japanese and English — documentation, standups, and code review in whichever your team prefers.

03

Production is the finish line

A prototype that impresses in a demo is not the goal. We are done when it is deployed, monitored, and handed over cleanly.
